This body of work has been a result of the feelings, thoughts and experiences over the last few weeks. During these unsettling times I found solace in my art and yoga practice and the strength in my yoga community (KULA) and family. These mantras and positive words have resonated with me. I thought I would share and bring the strength and positivity in words, colour and art.
