Through my years of working with engaged couples, I realise that it’s sometimes hard to decide on your personal accessories for the big day when you haven’t yet found your wedding suit. To give you a head start, I have put together this handy guide of suit companies which I have heard good things about through my time in the wedding industry. I’ve also included the links for some great tailors who can either create or alter your suit to make you feel like a million dollars on the big day

ONLINE AND HIGH STREET STORES

Jaeger - Old British brand bought by M+S great fitting and good quality. For suits and shirts (a much better fit than M+S own brand I find)

Selected Homme - Nice fashion coloured suits. Men and women’s.

Arket - Fashion forward design. Men and women’s.

Cos - Fashion forward design. Men and women’s.

Paul Smith - Design legend! Men and women’s.

Oliver Spencer - Relaxed linen items.

SuitsSupply - Suit company with London stores - off the peg and custom options.

Edit suits - Suit company with UK stores - off the peg and custom options.

Hockerty - Affordable and customisable. Online store where you can order samples of fabric before committing. (One of my clients has used this company. He had a Navy suit with pink trim. Looks like you can really do anything you want. You can see his suit HERE.

Drakes - Higher end, great fabrics and style.

Hawes and Curtis - Men and women’s.

Jigsaw - Women’s tailored suits.

LONDON TAILORS

King and Allen - Inclusive tailors celebrating diversity & igniting personal style. Men’s and women’s tailored suits.

Orhan London - I have used them before to take up my wedding dress. They were great. Inclusive tailors.

Beggars Run - Very cool coloured suits and shapes - £££.
